Freezer Cooking Extravaganza

After our vacation a couple of weeks ago I decided to take a few extra days off and catch up on some things around the apartment. It's been forever since I've done any freezer cooking (or nightly dinner cooking for that matter) so I gathered our favorite recipes, did a little grocery shopping, and cooked like a madwoman for like 2 days straight (or 3).

Bailey was trying to "help."  Or maybe block me from cooking so I could pay attention to her!

I'm happy to report our freezer is stocked with the following delicious meals

• 2 Chicken Tortilla Casseroles
• 1 Spicy Chicken Noodle Casserole
• 2 Chicken, Rice, and Broccoli casseroles
• 2 Rich  and Creamy Tomato Basil Soups
• 1 Taco Soup
• 1 Chicken and Cheese Burritos
• 1 Beef, Rice, and Cheese Burritos
• 1 Chicken, Rice, and Cheese Burritos
• 1 Chicken Pot Pie
• 1 Eggplant Parm
• 2 Loaves of Apple Bread
• 1 Batch of Homemade Apple Sauce
• 1 Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
• 8 Pizza doughs (PW recipe, of course)
